For Essex Book Festival 2018, our friends at Chelmsford Theatres are putting on some excellent literary related and book inspired events this March, celebrating reading, writing and the book in all its forms.

Meet all your favourite characters including loyal Mole, faithful Ratty and wise old Badger as they do their best to keep the mischievous Mr Toad out of trouble. Will they be able to stop the Wicked Weasels from taking over Toad Hall?

All Essex Book Festival YOUNG ESSEX events are Children’s University Learning Destinations – bring your Passport to Learning, get it stamped and enjoy your learning journey!

Essex Book Festival is partnering up once again with Essex Children’s University, which provides 5-14 year olds with exciting learning experiences outside school.
