DISABLED ACCESS

Essex Book Festival is a partnership programme with multiple partners. Please advise the Box Office if you have any access requirements when making a booking. Visitors with a disability are offered a free ticket for a companion. If you require a BSL interpreter, please advise the Box Office and we will do our best to accommodate this. We also have a Roger Pen hearing system, so please let us know if you would like to book this by emailing us at hello@essexbookfestival.org.uk

REFUNDS

The Festival cannot refund money or exchange tickets except if an event is cancelled. If this occurs, please return your tickets to the Box Office within 30 days for a full refund.

Due to the Government guidance regarding COVID-19 we have taken the decision to cancel all remaining festival events as of 19th March. As we are a charity and our insurance would not cover this kind of eventuality we are asking ticket holder if any ticket sales could be treated as a donation wherever possible.
